Multimedia is any combination of text, graphics, video, audio, and animation in a distributable format that consumers can interact with on a digital device. In the commercial, video is used to show Melissa throughout her adventure. Audio was used when Melissa was talking, and it was used to add sound effects. Animation was used to add things like the whale, the tree falling, Melissa falling off the ice cap, and the rhino. Text was used on the banners and flags to promote each cause Melissa is protecting, and text was also used to advertise the car towards the end of the commercial. On the website, text is used to give instructions and to explain things in each section. Audio is used for the background music which enhances the website. Graphics and Animation are used in each part of the website to enhance each section. In the game, audio is used for background music, sound effects, and dialogue between the characters.
